Well I got lucky...
Moved my Warrior up onto the hill which revealed a better location one square north for my settler.
I managed to found Buddhism first. After that it was easy. I built another warrior in my capital then started on Stonehenge till I hit size 3. Then a settler and worker. The worker chopped Stonehenge complete.
I founded one other city to the south for the marble.
But by the time I had got a worker to start on that I'd finished the Oracle by chopping which gave me Theology.
Then just a beeline for the rest.
Taoism coming in 150 AD and then a long research time for Monarchy and Divine Right.
Of course I ended up without many of the essential techs such as Road Building and would have been in a bit of trouble if someone had beaten me to Taoism or Islam...
The only other techs I picked up where Bronze Working Hunting and Archery to get some defense.
