culture increase 90 per turn at last

How did you manage to build 8 wonders? I´m having seroius trouble getting even one wonder built on Emperor unless I get a leader.

EDIT: Now I get it. Of course, you played on a tiny map, didn´t you? No room for the AI to expand.

I use standard random map, 8 civ .
Not tiny map, and didn't edit anything.
build "the Great Library" and "Shakespear Theatre",they are the
most important great wonders for me.
The Great Library could send me the technology before education
been searched.And it increase culture 6 per turn.
Shakespear Theatre make 8 unhappy citizens content and increase culture 8 per turn. .
The increase of culture from the construction would be doubled
after 1000 years.
You can utilize other constructions saving shield then switch it to the great wonder.For example,I built the Pyramid and then switch it to the Great Library.
After industrial ages,you can bulid factory and coal plant.Then you can build the great wonders before your rivals.

Which I guess is the same question -- how do you manage the Great Library in Deity? I can rarely get it even on King.

You need increase the population in your city,it can increase the
production of shield.
But how to increase the population?You can buy the workers
from your rivals.If it isn't industrial, it should join your city.If it is
industrial,it should work outside the city.

Of course, it is so lucky that I can build the Great Library.
Even if you couldn't build it,you should gain the victory before
2150AD
