Throughout human history, Civilizations that loses the ability to defend itself is invaded and often assimilated and or dismantled and destroyed (Carthage)
The cornerstone of any defense for a civilization are military units stationed within cities and along the Civilization's borders. I would like to hear from you guys about how well defended or not well defended your borders are, and the experiences you've had using this strategy.
Please adhere to a standard format including the following information.
Give a brief overview of your Civ's plament in relation to other Civs
Explain your border defense strategy in DETAIL
Summarize your experience with the strategy (success, failure?)
