    It looks like the multipliers that local city improvements gave to the scientists and taxman no longer apply. A taxman gives you exactly 1 gold, and the scientist gives you exactly 1 research point.



    I like it, as it makes working squares much more important than making 'specialist' cities.

    I wonder if it is just a bug though.
