The AI is real keen on building the Intelligence Agency. I usually get the message about a spy attempt every other game. Probably like the FP, as soon as it is available the AI builds it, and sometimes it actually gets built in a city that can do it fairly quickly.

Oh yeah in PTW the Ai definately builds the agency. I always get bombarded with people trying to spy on me! I wonder how aggressive the ai will be in C3C?Originally posted by Swissy
