I am still slugging it out with a test game to try and pin down game crashes with PTW. At least Firaxis is staying with me, we just are not making much head way.Comment

I have been debugging a crash that occurs every day when I play Civ/PTW. It started when I got this new PC. No other games are seeing this. I just puts up a Microsoft send the file msg. We have tried many many things. I ever disable al my ram except 128 MB for one test. They think it is in the sound card. So I have to keep starting games and playing for most of the day until blows. send in the latest events and start all over. I am starting to get a bit sick of PTW after all of these trials. I must have installed 10 times. They suggest something and want me to start with a fresh install.Originally posted by Nuclear Master

I'll start the new game this weekend, and alternate.

I think you should mod it, NM. Or might as well have a "backup" moderator to get things running around smoothly...
As for the AU site, I think one or two people should be in charge, not much more. I think it could include the past courses (course description and spoiler thread) and some of the ideas to come. A portrait of the fellow players would be nice. Everyone would have a little web space in which they can describe themselves and their playstyle. I think that would reinforce the community around AU...
