    it's really only better for the human than it is for the AI though. Thr reason being the AI doesn't build scouts and if their token first one dies.... well no bonus no more.

      Very useful for an island civ (japan / england) on the world map.

      Perhaps they could allow expansionists to build them?
      i have something very similar to this in my mod, basically a canoe/kayak, available from the start.
      The kayak is for non-expansionist civs and is 0,0,1, carry 1.
      The canoe is 0,0,2 carry 1 and is for the expansionist civs only.

        I like the idea of purely transport vessels uncapable of any combat. Nice addition, DrJambo! Does the AI use them correctly?
