Ok this is probaly gonna sound real dumb, but how do you view all 15 other vivs in a 16 civ game? I can only see 8 leader heads at the forign advisory screen how do you access the others?

Two ways:
1) Use F2 instead.
2) In the F4 screen, hold down Shift, and right-click on a head... this will give you a list of the non-shown civs. Pick one, and it replaces the previous civ.The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.
