Rushing Projects
I was wondering if it was bad to rush building and uints. Or is the only problem with it that it costs a lot of money.

I think I understand the question... there is no negative sideffect to rushing a project or unit (the construction isn't faulty or anything) besides the obvious - it costs a ton of cash, or kills people (which makes the survivors unhappy) depending on your government type.

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood. -
