if im playing a 16 civs game, is it possible to talk to all other civs via diplomacy screen. when im playing i can talk only to 7 others but not talk to al. am i missing somthing. can i switch the screen somewhere to see the others for diplomacy actions?

i believe it is right click with the shift key on the portrait of the leader to change the pictures of the different civs. its either right shift click or left shift click to change them but u can only see 8 civs at one time 7 + you. -
You can also click on the little tiny D on the right of the box in the bottom right of the screen to get a list of other Civs to talk to (with no pictures).Comment
