Nuclear plants

Is it me, or it seems nuclear plants are better than hydro or coal?
I thought the 150% factory bonus was a mistake, but it seems to really work this way.

yes. this makes up for the fact they come later in the game, and have the possibility of going boom

I never built them in civ2. here I build them in my city with Iron works (if I have one).
