The Right of Passage is proving a Rite of Pasage for me. I can't find any other diplomatic option in a Regent game I'm playing as the Persians, sharing a continent with the Indians. What am I missing, here? It doesn't appear as if the RoP is necessary to sign a Peace Treaty, etc, but nothing else shows in the screen for trade. Any ideas?
