Ohhhh, I see now. 
So it's not really stacks that look like that - it's the individual units. thought when I saw the screenshot that however many units you have in a stack will show up. But now I see that it is individual units. Sorry about the confusion. That way, it does make sense that the mod would work for both the original Civ3, and the PtW expansion.
