    Chapter I: Emminent Threat

The sun rose on the tranquil shores of the Southern Ocean. Canute, Prime Minister of Scandinavia, was filled with worry. Relations with Korea were in there darkest time yet with King Wang Kon accusing the Scandinavian 4th Infaltry of pillaging farms on the boarder. Canute knew these acusations were false, the 4th Infaltry is taking a leave of duty is Oslo. Fortunately he had just sighned MPPs with the Celic Empire and Carthage, both whom shared the continent with the Koreans, in an attempt to disccourage an attack. Scandinavia controled a small continent conected to the Korean/Carthaginian/Celtic/Spanish continent by an ithmus. On the ithmus is Scandinavia's 2nd largest city, Oslo, which effectively shut out a land invasion of other cities. Canute knew Oslo must be defended at all costs since the interior was only lightly defended.
Canute asked his defense minister, Leif Eriksson, of the status of Oslo's defense force. "Uffda, In Oslo there is 1,000 (10) Tanks, 100,000 (10) Mechinized Infaltry, 100 (2) Artillery Guns, 200 (2) Loki Fighter Planes, and 50 (1) Thor Bombers. Most regiments were veterans, with a few elites. The Naval presence in Oslo was 3 battleships and 5 Subs."

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Seoul, Wang Kon grinned as he saw the buildup of Scandinavian forces in Oslo. He knew that Canute knew he was lying about the pillaging near Pusan, but he hoped his allies beleived him. He had a smaller millitary than Scandinavia does, but he has a fearson new weapon that could let him take Oslo in a matter of days, with Steath bombers he would make the rich prairies of Scandinavia his. The rules were simple, take Oslo, and the Republic of Scandinavia whould crumble...
