Let me answer them:
Creature. I am not sure which one you are talking about. If you are talking about the "mummy of the icy wastelands," it's not a creature, just a man that died two thousand years ago, as pointed out in one of the end-notes. If you are talking about the dog... Well, the end notes suggest that there was no dog. But are the experts that have written them correct? :shrug:
As to where the "mummy" comes from, that will be described in the next story, if I ever get to writing it.
And yes, there will be an actual civ game involved in that next story.
