The last big Space colonization project undertaken from an earthling nation is finally over.
Italian Pioneers had reached the far away planets of Uranum and Neptun, in this last one, a big scientific laboratory had been installed, where scientist will be able to study the local animals and plants, and those strange acheological rests that were found when the first Pioneers landed there.

In this huge esodus, more than 40 milion people are now living in those planets, 25 milion coming from Europe and another 15 milion from Venus.

The spaceship was very big. It carried numberous laser and missile batteries - It was the newest swedish Battleship Stockholm. Battleship Stockholm, 40 JAS 92 Gripen, 6 Frigates and 6 Destroyers provided escort for the large number of transports loaded with food. The goal - Mars. The swedish admiral Arnsson contacted the non-rebel leader for Mars and offered this food in exchange for the rights to build a space station in orbit of Mars.

New Soviet Union strongly denies any action she may have done in South America. If communist partisans appear there it is just that people like the communist ideas.

We are not an aggressive nation. We are trying to maintain world peace. You can be assured that no weapons are being given to our friends in South America. These people are friendly toward us and we shall honor them with our respect and friendship.
But our policy is to spread Communist ideas throughout the world in a democratic and peaceful way and it seems to us that these ideas are going on well in South America.

If ever there is a Soviet uprising in South America, Moscow won’t recognize anything upon it. As I say in another message, there isn’t any weapon in South America.

As I already said, NUSSR won’t and can’t attack. We suffer from rebels in occupied Persia, our troops are tired and Russians are dying from starvation.

OOC: Yes, I understand no weapon but does that mean about communist ideas? I understand NUSSR has no influence in South America. But what about people studying in high school, influenced by soviet system and coming back to their country and creating a party like Ho-Ch-Minh did in Vietnam. To GFDR: (secret) We are studying the moves of the Russians, if any aggressive actions against a sovreign nation will be undertaken by them, they won't join our alliance, anyway... we are mostly waiting for the Australian response, since they are the "alliance-leader", and they have the last word on who to accept in the alliance, and who will not.

To NUSSR: (secret) We are glad your recent movements along the Chinese borders are just a defensive movement. As Italy will not be supportative in case of a Soviet-Chinese war.

To Sweden-Io Italy welcomes the new leader of Sweden.

To NUSSR:

NUSSR wants to buy technologies in space propulsion, new spaceships even buying old ones.
NUSSR would like to buy food.
NUSSR would also like to find a way to clear the sky from the Nuclear Winter.

Italy is willing to sell you the secret of Hydrogen propulsion fuels, however, if you really want the best propulsion system, you should ask the ULS, but i doubt they'll sell out their secret, unfortunatly we have no old space ships, as once a space ship is outdated, we recycle their parts for the production of newer ones, or aircraft or armors.
Italy is not in the position of selling food, as we have a big problem on feeding our population as well, especially the starving middle-east.
Italy doesn't really have a method to pemanently dissolve the nuclear nube. Our Galileianus is only good for a short amount of time (3 months at the most) and is still fairly expensive to produce, however we may sell it to you if you want.
The Italian scientific research is currently working on the production of cheaper and more lasting alternatives to Galileianus.

To all earth nations: I think it is time that we all work togetherm and join our efforts in trying to find a solution to the Nuclear Winter problem. Only if we all work together we may find a solution. If any of the non-earth nations wish to help they are more than welcome.

Administration of the Italian Middle East
The new Italian Middle-East province had been yerstuday officially inglobed in the New Italian Empire.
The capital of that province had been placed in Damascus.
Because of the big differences between the Italian European province, and this new one, the new province had been given a very large autonomy, They will be able to administer their education, and the other social systems, independently from the current Italian one.
The Middle East province also have the right to create local laws, as long as they are not against the Italian constitution

Only the teaching of Italian as a second language in the schools had been imposed by the government of Rome.

The people there elected as their governor administrator the Turkish Bùlent Ecevit, from Smirne, which had been titled as Duke of Ponto by the Emperor himself.

A small group of rebel had uprised in Lebanon, claiming for the creation of a new Islamic state. But the Italian government think it is just a very small group, which can't enjoy Freedom, and told them to form a political party, if they are so sure that thier will, is the will of all the people living in the province.

The Province population is around 115 milion people, mostly living in the coastal areas. But a lot of people is starving because of the lack of food in the area.

Greece instead, had been incorporated in the Italian Eurpean province.
