Could somebody please tell me what's wrong with the server

The server won't let use attachments. WTF?? Yes it is small enough (201kb). Here's the senseless error message it gave me:

Page cannot be displayed. *I hit refresh key*

No thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster

You are not logged on. etc

WTF? Also it froze completely after that. Tried it twice and got the same crap twice. It might be better if we all migrated over to the civ fanatics forum.

Here is an interesting scenario to check out. The Vietnam war is cool.

Soemtimes that happens when it randomly logs me off...but never the way you described it exactly. Why did it say page could not be displayed?
