MAJOR RULE CHANGE:
I've been thinking about in Civ3, nations hate you if you break a right of passage agreement and use it to attack them. This will be reflected in the game by all of that civ's armies defending at +1 against the aggressor for that turn(to reflect the anger against them. This includes against those you've sneaked into their capital using the passage rights!). Those of you who say it should be more, remember that the attacker would have the advantage of surprise, but doesn't get a bonus because once the betrayal has been realised, they will have one hell of a fight on their hands, as the bonus shows.
And get those orders in! Your next update will be tomorrow night(I'm alternating nights between here and CivFanatics now, yours was last night and tomorrow night, theirs was tonight and so on).
Finally, for those with upkeep problems, remember you can disband units if the need be!

Oh, and who is at war with who?! I need to know, cause if your fleets are in the same sea, they fight etc, and I need to know if you are travelling through an ally's province or attacking that province!
Please everyone, in your PMs, declare who you are at war with(I'll make it a new part of the map update, who's at war)and if you are attacking a province, please say that you are attacking, not just "go to"!

Finally, for both NESs I'm working on a Diplomatic Picture(like the Diplomatic Advisor screen in Civ3).
This will be posted with the map at each update, and show the relations between everyone(likely colours: green means allied(mutual protection pact(MPP)), red means at war, yellow means neutral, and blue means non-aggression pact(NAP). The other agreement is a right of passage one, which can be between neutral, allied and NAP countries, unlike the others, and so can't be shown by a colour. This will instead be shown by the line being dashed.

"We cannot let this be, we have been betrayed, we must destroy the swedes!"
His Prime Minister sat up,"Sir, the Spaniards are more of a menace, they could very well invade us."

"Either we will conqure or we will be trodden upon,"His Highness said, meeting with his allies."Either way, the fine people of the Germanic language grouping will not submit to tyrrany, we will fight them on the beaches, on the high seas in tthe hills. We shall do our best to protect our homelands. We will crush the opposition, and our people shall be free."

I need orders from Emperor Jason and space05us.
I can't update the map till I have at least one more set of orders, or I'll be basically playing against myself lol!
Anyway, update should be tomorrow night.

MAJOR RULE CHANGE
You can buy a production centre for 25 credits, which allows you to build armies and fleets in that province, and increases the value of that province to 5 credits per turn. These are shown by a black circle with white inside(like your capital).
You can buy a barracks for 15 credits, that can only build armies, and increases the value of that province to 5 credits per turn. These are shown by a black square with white inside.
You can buy a dockyard for 10 credits, that can only build fleets, and increases the value of that province to 5 credits per turn. These are shown by a white circle with black inside.
You can buy a town hall for 5 credits that increases the value of that province to 5 credits per turn. These are shown by a white square with black inside.
You cannot upgrade from one to the other, if you want to change the type of building, you must pull down the other one and build a new one there.
EACH PROVINCE CAN ONLY HOLD ONE TYPE OF BUILDING.Quote:"He who has not learned to obey cannot be a great leader."

MAP UPDATE
COMBAT REPORTS
Province 8(French)
This was the first of a series of British raids(SKILORD, you can't take a province without at least one more army than the defender cause you have to kill all the defenders, including the militia), and the most successful. It killed the French army defending the province, but proved fatal for the British, their army falling before the desperate counter-attack of the Province Militia.
Losses: 1 French army, 1 British army.
Sea D
In the English Channel itself an attempt to take London was foiled by British fleets.
The British fleet moving to H was caught up in the struggle as it found itself in the middle of a Spanish invasion armada of 2 fleets(sorry Jason, like I told you in the PM, only two could move).
But a newly created British fleet, led by Admiral Nelson himself helped to rout the Spanish, and save Britain. The Spanish armies went down with their ships(sorry Spain, those dice rolls really went against you!).
Losses: 2 Spanish fleets, 4 Spanish armies.
Province 38(Swedish)
Yet another raid by Britain, this time amphibiously, was stalled by fierce Swedish resistance. No Swedes died, and the British were destroyed.
Losses: 1 British army.
Province 38(Swedish)
Sweden has big plans for this foothold in mainland Europe, as shown by the strong defences. The British raid was easily halted.
Losses: 1 British army.
Province 58(Prussian)
Today saw the darkest hour for Prussia, as the combined forces of France and Russia join Sweden in opposing them. Sweden for now is rebuilding after being defeated by the Prussians, but Russia's offensive against 58 almost succeeded.
All 3 Prussian armies were destroyed in a pitched battle, the Russians losing only 1 army. But the will of the Province Militia somehow halted the Russian advance(sorry OzWolf, you have to destroy every army in the province plus the militia to take it, and the militia refused to die!).
Losses: 3 Prussian armies, 1 Russian army.
Province 34(Prussian)
Somehow, Prussian luck seems to hold, maybe due to the sheer will of its people.
A huge French attack on Province 34 routed the three Prussian armies, but once again the militia saved the day, and halted the French advance(I swear those damned militias are like the spearmen when you have tanks in Civ3, they look easy, but damn they don't die!).
Losses: 3 Prussian armies, 1 French army.
UPDATED MAP
