MI has announced that the new era of Martian leadership has begun! The Incan orbital base has been stormed and is now being used as the defensive base I mentioned earlier. With the resources saved from building it, there are now many bases on several asteroids.

Although I was gone, lets just say I did some damage to incan and swedish space territories. Like the US after WWII, we were away from the destruction and fortunate enough to escape. Mars has given the equivalent of $1 trillion to reconstruction on earth. We hope that everyone's lesson's have been learned.

Now, as the democracies had to face the communist meancae after WWII, we must face the Plutonian menace. After rebuilding, we must research these creatures and attempt to avoid further destruction, but at the same tiem drive them out of this Solar System that belongs to humans. These Plutonians are most likely from another star system and have no right to our planets.

Climate Change Imminent Warn Scientists
Scientists tracking the fallout and clouds of ash and dust from the recent horrific world war indicate that solar radiation penetrating the earth's atmosphere will be reduced by 50% over the next few years. This will slowly drop global temperatures by about 1 DEGREE PER YEAR FOR TEN YEARS. This may not seem like much to the layperson but it will be enough to cause ICE ACCUMULATION and a corresponding DROP IN OCEAN LEVELS along with the consequences that entails. The Big Twelve were released from a minimum security facility after spending 2 months under guard. All criminal charges have been dropped for an undisclosed settlement. Law-experts and political analysts surmise a deal to tap the Big Twelve's financial expertise in rebuilding the nation in exchange for dropping the charges. More on A12.

We agree. These Plutonians may be a grave threat. Our scientific mission could use your help since we recalled most of our military escort. Only the battlecruiser Armstrong and carrier Toronto remains with the 3 science vessels (Lise Meitner, Ernst Rutherford, Robert Oppenheimer). We fear they may be in danger as we have not heard back from them since they reached the Plutonian system. Our Space Fleet is overstrained and cannot mount another expedition right away.

Evacuation project
Over 20 milion people have asked to be evacuated from the planet Earth, they will leave for the Italian colonies in Venus, the actual Space Navy can evacuate people at a ratio of 5 milion each year, therefore the evacuation will be completed in 4 years.
126 milion Italian awill stay on Eart, 23 milion of them sicks due to radiation and intoxication from Nuclear fallout or biological warfare.

To NAF: Italian Venus is still very unpopulated, your people are more than welcome to stay there, as long as they can provide for their own transportation, your people will be allowed to retain their national identity and will still be Canamerxican citizens, but they will have to respect the Italian law for all the lenght of their staying there.

An unidentified man was caught in Marsopolis with a mysterious substance. When tested, the substance had many similarities with the new plague that has been chronically attacking the populace. It seems that the man is impregnable to the disease, and the government hopes to be able to identify a cure by analyzing his body.

In other news, for the first time since the overthrow of the Usurper, the Assembly has overturned a veto of the Empress. 69% of the Assembly voted to end all acceptance of refugees into the Empire and if necessary, foorcibly remove those currently inside it.

Sweden surrenders south pole! After all swedish troops left the south pole and went to Io several nukes detonated were once the original base of Sweden was. The only casualties were some Italian and Australian scout ships operating close to the coast. The nukes have made the whole south pole unlivable. Scientist living there are being exposed to radiation if they do not move. The cold climate is preventing the radiation from spreading to any other place.
Sweden has taken back all claims of any territory in Jupiter except for Io itself. Anti-Nuke systems are being built and space navy is being repaired and rebuilt. Sweden is also asking for peace from all nations that are in war with them.

*Ricky Chen walks the Chinese streets feeling a little different. J Ngyun has recently been elected High Lord of China and has declared a week long festival next month. That really rose his spirits but the climate change was really affecting his feelings.

So a medicine to protect people against any radiation affects was being made. Acute affects can be many things. It can make people very sick so the combination of healing the great Chinese people and making money will be good. Any other nation who requires it may order it.

Sitter Matron proposes to train workers in how to deal with the after affects of the bombings. The Chinese have been preparing for it and are ready to train them in a month. Very little work is need in China and as they work for the government any nation who wants to be prepared for after affects can contact China to see if they can send the work force.

Unfortunately, the Territorial Integrity of North America is not negotiable. This has been a long-standing policy that is not only law in the NF Constitution but also deeply embedded in the Canmerxican psyche.

Your offer of a workforce is appreciated, but Canmerxicans are highly suspicious of large numbers of foreigners on NAF soil - except for long-standing allies. The Isolationist Party - even after it's disgrace under the leadership of Senator Evensong - is once again gaining support. Being hit by 3 nuclear bombs in the space of 3 years makes the people nervous. Elections are coming up within two years and Chancellor Trent doesn't want to give the Isolationist Party any more fuel for their propaganda.

We have already landed 4 million refugees in unoccupied land. We will not land anymore. The rest are being redirected to the Italian colonies on Venus. The existing 4 million refugees on MArs will be removed within 1 yr. We have no desire to cause trouble in your empire - however, we do feel misgivings about your people's xenophobia and the reversal of your former open-arms welcome.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to do anything about it - and since it was popularly supported by your people, democracy must have it's way.
