I don't think you have to build the wonder. You need uranium and have to discover satelites for the ICBM's

I'm afraid not. The wonder must be built in order to build nuclear weapons - and when you build it, every other civ with uranium and satellites can build ICBMs. So instead of tying up a city in order to give nukes to everyone, I just wait for somebody else to do it.The fact that no one understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.Comment

My mistake... but the fools whould've never emerged if you had tons of nukes cuz they'd fear a nuclear counter attack.
