  • Korean Release Date

Infogrames Korea is releasing Civilization 3 Limited Edition on November 9th for 47,500 Won (about US $37). It seems the regular edition is not being released. I can't find it on their site, anyway. Perhaps the regular edition will be a Korean version of the game to be released later.

    Korean Preview

There is also a preview on Gamespot Korea that I'm translating. It's a preview of version 1.0 that the writer played at Infrogrames in Korea. It's not the final version of the game but I thought you might like to read what he thinks. And it's a good chance for me to practise translating
I'll post the preview tomorrow or the next day.

      Over here, too . . .

I was just browsing some comments at Infrogrames Korea and it seems Koreans are thinking the same as everyone else. "I can't wait!" "Why is it delayed?" "If it's buggy I'm going to spam Firaxis with 'fix it!' mails"

        no preview

After reading more of the Korean preview I realise that after the appearance of other previews and reviews in the last few days this one is really too outdated to be of any use. If there is a review after the release of the game I'll translate that and post it.

oh dammit, i want to translate it! i'll have to go look for it, and do it anyway, whether its out of date or not. i could also use the practice, and the learning new vocabs, etc.

Great deal on the limited edition. US$20 cheaper.

You're lucky that you ahve information about the Korean release date. I haven't heard anything about a Hong Kong release date.
