Belgian release date

Hey,

"Het ComputerWinkeltje" changed its availability date for Civ3 today from Nov. 25th to Nov. 16th. They are usually very reliable and only change dates when they have official confirmation from their suppliers, so I guess Nov. 16th is THE date for Belgium (and probably the entire Benelux)
