Now that Lux is eliminated, its time to vote including on a coling off period. Keep in mind that a turn has averaged 34 hours, and with Lux out will average about 28 hours. The cooling off period was suggested so secrets become less valuable.

I vote for immediate. I don't believe the "secrets" held by privious team members are big enough to effect the turnout of the game as a whole.____________________________

Immediately. They can relay any information they want as of... anytime they wanted to. They do not have to be on a team for that. There is no reason to forbid them entry to new teams.(\__/)

A couple of weeks would not hurt anyone, and it will give teams enough time to contact exiting members and court those members they want.
It will also give exiting members a chance to weigh up their options. For example RP has said that they will only take 2 or 3. We dont want to see a mad rush of Luxians scrambling over each other for only 2 positions.
I think a new thread where interested Luxians who want to join another team can post their details, and then the surviving teams can contact them in an orderly fashion.
Teams will have their own rules on who they can and can not accept, and Luxians can post their prefered teams. Lets just do it an orderly fashion and be open and honest about our preferences.
It's only a game, and there will be no hard feelings. The GoW would surely welcome additional membership.

No real reason for them not to be part of this game...Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

Well, not to get ahead of things, but the poll is looking pretty definitive. Get those applications ready, ex-Luxers; there be all new teams a-waitin' for you!

I voted inmediately mainly for one reason: There is no point on making rules that cannot be followed or enforced to be followed. If someone wants to "join" another team he will do it anyway. Maybe he won't have access to the forum, but nothing stops him from going to the chat rooms, PMing team members, receiving the save, etc."Never trust a man who puts your profit before his own profit." - Grand Nagus Zek, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, episode 11
