I like making this a ten turn situation, where general guidance is given by the respective councils or team members, and authority is given to the chosen temporary leader, etc...to run the set of turns. President for ten turns!!! Anyway, we could run in MP mode, with turn-based play, once a week. People would then get together with their teams reporting on the results, events, etc...This game would be over in roughly 1.5 years.

Yeah, Legoland is making one. Perhaps they have fun too...
If they want it, why should others bother?

That's true, but if 5 or 6 of the teams are playing quickly and 1 or 2 are taking forever arguing amongst themselves and debating points of their constitution etc. etc. they will become very unpopular.

We can play the game in any way we like as long as we don't get in the way of the enjoyment of others.

Sadly, reading roleplay posts IS boring some people to death.

Hey man, I'm a bore. Every girl I try to pick up say that.

What team are you guys on?
Hmm... Got a dog or a horse icon?

                      Here's a solution:

Every team except RP Team realizes that the RP team will win, so they all disband their settler on the first turn.

Okay, how can we do this all with time zone differences? Maybe I'm too lazy to think it over, but we need to know.
As far as 1 team's turn per 1 day, are we going by GMT time on that day? Or Apolyton time? Or Idontunderstandthequestion time?
