I just updated this with more up-to-date information on civ choices and with jodie joining Team Lux Invicta (the only join in the past day and a half... looks like the teams are finally stabilizing).

Updated again.
Each team entry now has an entry for "Leader/Admin" due to MarkG's request that every team have a stable leader able to serve as an Admin before he'll create their Civ Group or give them their private forum.
The only team for whom I'm not sure who's leader is the Glory of War team. While donegeal formed the team (and all other teams have chosen their founder to be initial leader), it's not clear from the Glory of War thread that the team has chosen him (or anyone for that matter) to be their "leader" yet.Long-time poster on Apolyton and WePlayCiv
