Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Stupid Firaxis (I think...)... I can't get more than 8 civs into the game (including AI's), even on huge maps
Anyone find a way around that?

Tiny I think would almost be too small. Small would be perfect. We could play a quick game and learn a considerable amount.
We must remember that we are all going to be on the same side come time for the multi-site game. Fast and educational. Who cares who wins so long as we kick the crap out of the other sites later!
Standard map in SP is the one that allows 8 civs of whatever type. I would prefer that this team challenge not go on forever before contact is made and everyone starts to lock horns. Afterall, there is the multisite game to think about eventually.
"The dogmas of the quiet past are inadequate to the stormy present. The occasion is piled high with difficulty, and we must rise with the occasion. As our case is new, so we must think anew and act anew. We must disenthrall ourselves, and then we shall save our country." -- Abraham Lincoln
"Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this ever, in flesh and blood, walked upon this earth." -- Albert Einstein, in regards to Mohandis Gandhi
If anything this game starting soon will definetely be a learning curve for all of us, and then once the United Nations and the rest of the civ-sites get on board, then we can have a huge game that could be very challenging...
Should there be a run off for this one? THe "huge people" are likely to prefer large over standard. (of course the "small people" are likely to prefer standard over a larger map)
note: I'm for standard, just trying to be fair
(well unless we pick an expan. team, in which case HUGE )
