Should there be a Simpson's team?

Anyone interested in starting a Simpson's team?

Just wondering if there's any interest.

Each team member could choose a Simpson's character and use avatar's (and personality) of said character throughout the game.

People and Characters:
GhengisFarb as "Hank Scorpio"
Ninot as "Sideshow Bob" OR "Monty Burns"?

Actually this sounds like it would be a blast, I'm not going to play for a while, but I would definitely be interested in something like this later.

President Ned, watches as the Romans pillage his once beautiful palace, maybe Homer was right, maybe turning the cheek wasn't the right thing to do after they skewered Rod and Tod.

If only Hank Scorpio had been here, he would have taken care of the Romans. Hank had a way of dealing with others.

hmmm, I'm not going to be getting my copy until after I move and set up all my stuff at my new place but I was wondering, do I even need PTW to be able to play? I mean if people post maps and stats somewhere can't someone just check those and get a pretty good idea as to whats going on in the game and still provide helpful input?

An "all-Simpsons" team sounds like a lot of fun to me, but you'd all have to have King's who can change their avatar to something other than the default ones. Not everyone is a King, so I can see where even if the interest is there, the guidelines to join rule out a lot of players.

Problem is I want to be a part of both teams. Donegal's group has the $Mini-game people, and this one should just be fun.

I wish this one could be a "Just for fun" team where you could join and still be allowed to join another one.

That would be cool.

You shouldn't have to choose an avatar, that why I posted a list of who people want to be. However, when you do get that option (which doesn't take long if you're involved in a Democracy game) it would be nice if you chose an avatar based on your character.

We get enough people and I am definitely in. People interested in joining need to state the Simpson's character that want to use the personality of.

Imagine Bart as the SMC.
