I try to find ifc23.dll file... does anyone know where to find pleae help! heikki.karppinen@pp4.inet.fi

What is this file for? Is it in PTW or Civ3. If you know, maybe you can try to find it on a the CD....or you can go to Compucenter and tell the guy you only need THAT file. There's a good chance he'll copy it on a floppy if it fits. My friend did this for Empire Earth.

I'd need the file for PTW. The case is that my friend copied the game for me from the internet and for some reason it did not contain the file....
