Problems in European PTW patching and multiplaying

I am having some problems in playing multiplayer games over GamespyArcade. Apparently when the game is launched and I select multiplayer there isnt any game visible.

Thinking it was a bug i tried to patch my version of PTW but much to my surprise I find that the only patches around are for the US version of the game. I tried installing one of those and the game stopped recognizing m CD which made me reinstall the game.

I would be grateful if someone could inform me of the location of an european patch since Infogrames, Firaxis and civ3 sites only mention US patches. I do not know if this is misconsideration for europeans or if there is another site of their own dedicated to European costumers.

The European patch hasn't been made yet, to the best of my knowledge. Infogrames is in charge of that and Firaxis just released the US patch to them late Friday (I don't imagine any people at Infogrames worked over the weekend to crank it out).

But you CAN patch up to v. 114 for the european version.
