I just started playing P:TW the other day, renewing my interest in Civ3, but I noticed something weird when I got my stealth fighters and bombers up. Why are their flight options exactly the same as normal fighters and bombers? What happened to precision strike? I know it wasnt that good, but it was at least an option.
