Where are the PTW patches on poly?

For some strange reason, Apolyton doesn't have the PTW patches. Go to the source--Firaxis.

Firaxis doesn't host the european patch either.
I found it on infogrames.de, but now I'm sure that I need to save my copy very well since it might be unavailable soon.
