Vertical Horizontal Buttons ?

I inadvertantly moved the unit buttons (for orders) to the right side of the screen. How do you move back to the bottom (horizontal)?

The manual says backspace but that just ends my turn. Anyone ran into this.

I ultimately reloaded and then it was fine.

I think the button that moves the command buttons is 'tab,' if that helps.
