Anyone have Che Palle's template for wonders?

First off, I know this should be posted under Files, but for some reason I can't create a thread in the Files section.

I still use Che Palle's wonder screens with the extra info added. He doesn't seem to be around anymore (and doesn't answer email), and it'd be nice to have a picture for The Internet with info that matches the other ones he did.

He had a Photoshop template that would make it easy to modify the picture for The Internet, but the link doesn't work anymore. I was just wondering if anybody has that template anymore.

What about the creation forum?

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
