trouble with 1.14f!!! ia am installing the patch, and after it when i try to play the game it doesnt start, cause it cant find ICF23.DLL!!! can someone help me? the game played just fine before i patched it!!!

There are 2 versions of the patch. The American and the European, try the other instead.Seemingly Benign

Have you tried both versions of the patch. Being in Europe that is probably the one to use (not the one from civ3.com).Seemingly Benign
