missing sound files!!

that is the error message i get..anybody know anything that could help??

Heh I saw this error when I installed the 1.14F Patch but used a 1.04 Crack on it to not use my CD. You got to use a 1.14F Crack if you don't want to use your CD.

i'm afraid these dont work...

i tried 2 different cracks....from Immersion and Gimpsrus and they dont work

The 1.14F crack worked for me, you just need to get the good one.

of course you could always buy the full unripped game....

Using a Crack doesn't mean that you don't have the original game. I have the original game but don't want to run the CD.

and besides that i believe Civ is the best game ever and i have been playing it since 1992 from the Colonization days

So? That doesn't prove you actually payed money for the game. If you want a No-CD patch, contact Infogrames. If you can provide proof of purchase, they can send you one.
