My first choice is Japan! or the Celts now...
I like Religious and Militaristic best myself... gives a good balance of builder v. warmonger, you never know which path you may need to take (damn that oil is JUST OUT OF MY EMPIRE.... hehe).
And I *HATE* 4 turns of anarchy... such a drag

I voted for top 3 traits. In following order: Ind, Rel Exp.
The bottom traits;mil, com, sci, are nice to have but not in my priority when looking for civ of my choice.
I dont think commercial gives cheap marketplace and banks... why would you complain about getting quick improvements that can increase ur treasury anyway? Commercial's main attraction is cutting corruption, which they worked out as desirable trait since 1.29 vanilla civ.Originally posted by PJNagrom
