Quick PTW Modding Question

IIRC, the last (pre-PTW) release of the editor --

1. Allowed improvments to be tied to a specific Gov type
2. Caused those improvements to disappear when the Gov typed was changed, yet ...
3. There was some weridness that the effect of the "disappeared" improvements lingered on --

Does anyone know if this is still the case?

No, that was fixed in 1.29f.
