Save Game Modifier Not working

I am using Civ 3 PTW. Before I was using that I was able to alter my games. All I've wanted to do is extend the amount of years I can play for. I used to be able to do it. With PTW I get this error: "Run-time error '9' Subscript out of range". I just installed the newer 0.97 version and still the same result. I'm playing a killer game but it's coming to an end soon.

Someone will have to make a new version of whatever save game modifier you are using. The file formats are not the same and trying to use a civ3 tool on a ptw files will no doubt corrupt them.
