patch crash

I just patch PTW, and now the game won't start up. I tried this on another computer too, and the same error occurs. What's wrong?

Sorry, I should have posted this in my first message but I was really frustrated.

"The dynamic link library ifc23.dll could not be found in the specified path "long pathname here"

The game wont start. It just gives that message. I'm running Win2k with tons of ram. I was able to play it before the patch.

You need to buy the game.

The warez version will not work. Sorry.
