Who makes the most professional looking custom units?

Who makes the most professional looking custom units? I'd like to narrow my options so I'm not overwhelmed by the number of authors out there.

I remember TVA22 made outstanding units. I don't know if they are on 'Poly, but you can find them at CFC.

Many other modders have done very well, but TVA22's work with units is on par with Snoopy's work on terrain
