Embassy Bug?

Has anyone else using PTW v1.04f had an embassy with another civ randomly dissappear. Happened to me last night...civ didn't move their capital or anything, just went to talk to them and suddenly couldn't trade or anything and they were "Annoyed" for no good reason. Went and had to re-establish my embassy with them, and then they were fine. Is this a known issue?
