I havent noticed anything on this, i was wondering how the hotseat on PTW is, me and my friend use the hotseat option mostly on the other civ games so i wanted to know if it worked before we went out and got it.

Yes Hotseat is verry sound (hence why you heard nothing about it
).
I don't much care for the diplomacy model but most of that is done verbaly any way. -
Best go put my chair in the fridge, so its nice and cool for when I get PTW
