MOH and pretty much all modern FPS games are different in that they can use dead reckoning and client side prediction to compensate for lag. To a lesser extent RTS games can do the same. An occasional lost or out of sequence message packet can be ignored with very little negative effect. This is not the case with PTW. Every message must be processed in the correct order.
