i just had to ask about this!
could you please put the Healthbars infront of units (in the layering sense). when fighting from certain angles you cant see one of the units healthbars! I know it has no effect on the out come, i'd just like to see how it went!
and so i can moan when i chip off 4 healthpoints taking no hits my self, and then the enemy kills my unit!

Too late to ask? Maybe... then it'll be for a patch or anything, but I guess it could be incorporated fast

I don't see how hard it could be to implement in a patch. I DO like th animations (after playing a long time the battle animations are the only ones I leave on) but when you armies flag completely blocks the healthbar...

Just hope Firaxis sees this thread... The ratio is 11 to 1 and it's easy to add.

easy to add, yes... but it looks like Fraxis is going to have their hands full with more pressing PTW issues (like making it work)

yea, firaxis might want to get that down BEFORE release one of these days.

This is an idea so good that none has thought so far, before now, obviously! I have been irritated for not being able to see the health bar often, but do you think I have thought so far as this? Noooooooo...
