Will there be a forum for setting up PtW matches?

Will there be a forum here at Apolyton for setting up game matches? Id really like to be able to play people HERE or at CivFanatics so i wouldnt be forced to succumb to l33t h3ck35s or however they spell it.

I think there will be less l33t h3ck35s playing PTW than say UT2003.
