  • War statistics?

Wouln't it be a nice little feature, to be able to see how many units you lost/killed in a battle, and when the battle has taken place?

This means, everytime a war is finnished, you get to name the war (e.g. World War IV or the Great war on Japan). You can then go to the new history page, were you can see the facts of the different wars, like who started the war (and against whom), when your Civ joined the war (against whom, and when you pulled out of the war), and the same info for the other Civs who actually paticipated in the war (killed/lost units). You'll also get information about how many enemy units (for each enemy and in-all) you killed, and how many units you lost

If you pulled out of a war, but within a few turns, you go into the war again, then it doesn't make a new war (in the history page), it just says you have been out of the war for short time...

What do you think, would you like to see this, or do you hate the idea?
This space is empty... or is it?

Absolutely. The casualties table is a must have.Civ2 featured a defence minister with this kind of information.Sadly it seems not to have made it to Civ3.
"Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII

I lobbied for this for quite a while before Civ III was released, I would *LOVE* to see this. And it's not exactly the hardest thing in the world to implement either.

People have been asking for this since December. I and others were shocked that what was in Civ 2 was taken away in Civ 3.

                  Why was it removed?

Why wasn't it put back with the first patch?
