A thought just occurred to me as i sit here at work, has anyone checked the 1.29 list of barbarian tribes against the older lists? It's possible it could have clues to PtW new civs. Such as, if Inuits or another tribe are no longer on the list, could they be the 8th new civilization??

Hehe, somebody needs to tell Firaxis they spelled Phoenician wrong.
Since the Mongols, Celts, and Gauls are all still in these barbarian tribes, I think your theory is shot.Ex Fide Vive
Try my new mod and tell me what you think. I will be revising it per suggestions. Nine Governments Mod

They could have just forgotten to edit them out because it has been confirmed that the Mongols are in but they're still on the barbarian list. Hopefully this will be fixed with the final release.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
