OK, now it's time to speculate (again).
How will they look like in other eras ? My Guess is modern Genghis will have plastic surgery and will sit in an office in front of the treeless plains of Ulan-Bator.
I say modern Isabella will have an outrageous, flashy red dress (as she already shows her shoulders in the medieval era, and many fans sure would like another "hot" leader )

Other ideas ?

I would hope that Ghengis could get some dental work done by the modern age. I mean, he's not british.

Genghis Khan did indeed conquer just about all of Asia, and a good chunk of the Middle East. He did not die of a nose bleed, however. He took a fatal tumble off a horse, the poor sap.

Attila the Hun did die of a nose bleed...sort of. After nearly conquering Rome, he married, and at the wedding feast, he ingested too much, and consequently popped...or at least a vessel did, and his nose bled, and he died.

I say that modern Genghis Khan might be wearing more metal on his face than Tokugawa does in his conquered portrait (possibly the dental work).

And Isabella will probably be another sex-up job in modern era, as Spiffor has already said.
