Trip: Not quite sure about this. If you look at that Mongolian UU (lazy to look up the name now), it clearly looks like a horseman derivate and it's IIRC a 4/2/2 unit. But, may be this one is faked or modded too.

maybe it's like what i said on the main screenshots page about the keshik: Keshik replaces BOTH horsemen and knights; conquistadors replace BOTH knights and cavalry. Although they are much stronger than the first, they are a bit weaker than the secondComment

It's also possible they are UUs which require more resources as the UUs they replace : maybe the Keshik replace horsemen, but requires iron as well as horses. Maybe the Conquistadores require saltpeter, as well as horses and iron (or maybe they require "dogs" as a new resource
