We're trying to match schedules, not time zones.
Some people *coughs* are up until all hours of the night, yet aren't to be found during the day. This should be taken into consideration.

My hours are also wierd; I work nights, go to school during the day, and often pull 'all nighter's'! I had to pick a preference I would say between 2-5 PM PST.
